What to Bring
- ASTM Certified Riding Helmet (can be rented $25/week)
- Riding Boots, with at least a 1 inch heel
- Extra clothing (in case you get cold/hot/wet/dirty/painted)
- Lots of energy (we won’t be sitting around!)
- Labeled water bottle
- Lunch and extra “noms” (carrots and apples for yourself and horse)

Daily Schedule
- Drop off time is 8:00 am, and pick up is 4:00 pm.
- Earlier or later pick up times can be arranged ahead of time, an additional fee will apply.

Payment
- Payment is due with registration to secure your spot in camp. Spaces fill up fast – don’t wait!
- Cancellation/ Refund policy: There is no refund without a Dr.’s certificate.
Green Horn Camp
Perfect for campers with no horse experience, or in their first few years of riding.
Campers will learn the basics of horseback riding and horsemanship in the barn through one daily riding lesson, daily theory and horsemanship lessons, and lots of arts, crafts, and games. Sample theory topics include tack parts, grooming, leading, and horse colours and breeds.
Ages 6-14

Weeks 2025
July 1st-4th (short week starting on Tuesday reduced rate $380, or $340 for current students)
July 21st -July 25th
Open Level Camp (All experience levels welcome)
Perfect for campers with no horse experience, in their first few years of riding, or for riders who have ridden a lot! Riders will be split up by their experience level for riding lesson and some horse related activities. This is a fun interactive camp that allows the older kids to play more, and the younger kids to learn from the more experienced riders, creating a lovely team environment for all riders to grow.

All Level Camp July 14th-18th.
Novice Camp
Available for campers who can walk and trot without leader or lunge line assistance.
Activities include one riding lesson per day, along with theory lessons and arts and crafts. Sample theory topics include types, purposes, and fitting of tack; horse illness and injury prevention, recognition, and treatment; preparing for horse shows, and much more!

Advanced Training Camp
Available for riders who can walk, trot, and canter independently. Perfect camp for teenagers who just want more horse time in their day. Jumping is optional and will be offered throughout the week.
Activities include one riding lesson per day, as well as theory lessons, arts, crafts, and training demonstrations. Sample theory topics include jump setting, hoof trimming and care, basic horse training and conditioning techniques, and practical skills such as wrapping bandages and recognizing vital signs.
