Jennifer’s style of coaching and training is both supportive, and competitive. The balance between learning new skills, achieving goals, and having fun in a safe environment creates a formula for success. She specializes in dressage, and in 2016 received a first place Bronze year end award in the Cadora series with her horse Minn. Following year placed reserve champion in Silver first lever. Jenn and Minn also competed in eventing for their first season and will continue to pursue goals in that discipline. In the past Jenn has ridden hunter/jumper and also competed in western disciplines. Jenn is an enthusiastic riding coach who encourages students to reach their goals.

Jenn has completed the University of Guelph Horse Management Certificate as well as the Coaching and Horsemanship program offered through Kemptville Campus. Jennifer then wanting to know more joined Tommie Turvey’s gang for a winter internship where she learned more about horse training, running a horse business, and about being a clinician.

In 2013, Jenn had the opportunity to represent Horse Dancer at the Can-Am Extravaganza in Orangeville, ON. Below is a clip of them performing Liberty. In the following year, Jenn was able to entertain at the 100th annual International Plowing Match, and then had the privilege to join the Knights of Valour as the opening act.
